Whitehill Construction Management was brought on board by the owner of Frozen Flip Flop, Sara Lee Brinks on 03/21/22.
Working with the owner, we creating a custom set of blueprints, managed all permitting & inspections, zoning, construction and close-out documentation with Lee County and the Matlacha Fire Department.
The entire process took less than four months, we received the Certificate of Occupancy on 07/15/22.
